The Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation held a personal reception for residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Siberian Federal District Anatoly Seryshev, together with the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, held a personal reception of citizens via video link. This was reported in the press service of the regional government.

Two requests to the president’s mobile reception center came from the Sosnovoborsky municipal district. Residents of the village of Zykovo asked for help to build a new pedestrian staircase that leads to a kindergarten and school. The old one is very dilapidated, there are no railings or ramps for strollers. The plenipotentiary commissioned the installation of a reliable and convenient design, which will significantly shorten the path to socially significant objects. The work will be carried out in 2026.

A decision was also made to install a lift for students with musculoskeletal disorders at Lyceum No. 5 named after Hero of Russia Konstantin. Chirkov in Sosnovoborsk. There are 1,200 children studying at the educational institution, 97 of them with disabilities. The governor of the region explained to the parents of the students who sent the appeal that by the next academic year the lyceum will receive modern equipment.

Residents of Krasnoyarsk also drew attention to the need for repairs in the building of emergency room No. 3 on Dzhambulskaya Street. After the examination, it was decided to equip a trauma center on the first floor of a residential building on 9 May Street. Before receiving patients, the premises will be completely renovated.

Responding to the request of Krasnoyarsk residents for a new school in the Solnechny microdistrict, Mikhail Kotyukov said that in 2027, within the framework of the regional state program “Development of Education” and the municipal program “Development of Education in the City of Krasnoyarsk”, they plan to complete the construction of a school for 1.1 thousand places in the microdistrict.

“I have been to the site where the school will be built more than once – this is Sokolovskaya Street. The facility is very capital-intensive; we are negotiating with the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to receive federal co-financing and quickly put the facility into operation,” the governor explained.

Anatoly Seryshev noted the high social significance of the project and said that he intends to lobby for the interests of the region in financing.

150 residents of the village of Novonikolsk in the Achinsk municipal district will receive cellular communications and the Internet in November next year. On behalf of the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation, the work will be carried out by the Ministry of Digital Development of the region together with the administration of Achinsk and telecom operators.

In addition, the head of state’s reception office received an appeal regarding the repair of a section of the highway on Bazayskaya Street in Krasnoyarsk. She leads to the Krasnoyarsk Pillars National Park. Anatoly Seryshev instructed to carry out work to replace the asphalt concrete surface of the road, curbs, sidewalks and apply markings. They are scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2026.

Summing up the results of the personal reception, the plenipotentiary representative noted that during working visits to the region he would inspect facilities and instructed the heads of relevant departments to keep control over the timing and quality of work.
