A peace plan for Ukraine is getting closer?

Last week, the US presidential administration presented a 28-point peace plan to the Ukrainian president, insisting that it be accepted no later than Thursday, November 27. Last Sunday, talks between the US and Ukrainian delegations took place in Geneva, devoted to an agreement based on a 28-point plan to be developed by representatives of the US and Russian leaders – Steve Witkoff and Kirill Dmitriev.

The developed draft document reflects key issues from the point of view of Ukraine's national interests. “Our delegations have reached a common understanding of the key terms of the agreement discussed in Geneva,” Umerov wrote on the X website after the talks.

Kiev announced that the original draft of the peace plan had been changed and the document currently contains 19 points.
