On Wednesday, agents of the Central Anticorruption Bureau entered the headquarters of the “Lux Veritatis” Foundation, father of Tadeusz Rydzyk. They secured documents for the investigation into irregularities in the Justice Fund.


The spokesman for the Minister Coordinator of Special Services, Jacek Dobrzyński, told PAP that CBA agents, at the request of the National Prosecutor's Office, came to the “Lux Veritatis” Foundation with the decision to search and secure items.
– Agents secured documents for the investigation into irregularities in the Justice Fund. Now these documents will be analyzed and verified – added the spokesman.
On December 5, 2024, the CBA entered the buildings of the “Lux Veritatis” Foundation in Warsaw, Toruń and Wrocław. At that time, documents were secured for the investigation into the abuse of powers by the former Minister of Culture. This is about financing the “Memory and Identity” Museum in Toruń. The Foundation stated that it issued the requested documents voluntarily.
On December 8, Bro. Tadeusz Rydzyk was summoned to the prosecutor's office for questioning in this case. (PAP)
