The Office of Rospotrebnadzor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory helped a resident of Zelenogorsk return 3,471 rubles for the poor quality of the three CCTV cameras she bought at Wildberries.
During operation, it turned out that none of the cameras connect to programs, telephone and Wi-Fi. In addition, each one had a hot power supply. However, there were no warranty cards for the goods.
“During the correspondence with technical support, the buyer submitted a request to return the goods, but the seller rejected it, so the woman contacted us. 
The Department's specialists advised the victim and assisted in filing a claim. After receiving the claim, Tsifronika LLC returned her money in full,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
