Cristi Chivu, the coach of Inter, did not appear at the interviews after the clear victory obtained by the “nerazzurri” against Bologna, score 3-1in stage #18 of Serie A. The absence of the Romanian technician was a surprising one, but the explanation came immediately from within the club.

Inter, clear victory after an excellent first hour
Inter controlled the game and even led 3-0 before Bologna reduced the gap late on. Zielinski opened the scoring in the 39th minute, Lautaro Martínez extended the lead just three minutes after the break, Marcus Thuram scored the Nerazzurri's third goal and Santiago Castro set up the final score in the 83rd minute, 3-1 to Inter.
The success allowed Chivu's students to return to first place in Serie A.
What's next for Inter
The victory with Bologna also came as a revenge, after the elimination suffered by Inter in the semifinals of the Italian Super Cup, when the “rossoblu” prevailed on penalties (1-1 after 90 minutes, 3-2 on penalty kicks).
For Inter there is an away duel with Parma, scheduled for January 7, from 21:45, a new important test in the fight for the title.
