Pensioners in Russia receive a pension higher than men, testify to the data of the Russian social fund for 2025.
According to information RIA Novostithe average amount of the appointed pension provision of women is 23,249.58 rubles per month, and men – 23,028.33 rubles per month.
At the same time, the total average for Russia is the size of the pension at the level of 23,175.17 rubles.
Earlier it became known that the number of female retirees in the Russian Federation practically twice as high the number of men. The total number of pensioners in the Russian Federation is 41,169,800 people. Among them is 27 324 300 – women, and 13 845 500 are men. In total, 3,466,291 residents of the Russian Federation pay social pensions.
Recall also that the average old -age insurance pension in the first three months of 2025 increased for 150 rubles, which is much less than the amount of average accruals in 2024. To maintain a decent standard of living, pensioners have to work.
