OFFICIAL ANAF procedure through which Romanian companies can apply the VAT exemption regime in other EU states

From September 1, 2025, the VAT exemption regime has been modified, and recently the ANAF Order was also formalized which establishes the documents and procedures through which Romanian companies can apply, under certain conditions, the new regime in other EU member states, as well as those through which taxpayers from other EU member states can apply it in Romania.
