In the study, carried out by the National Research Panel Ariadna, the question was asked: who best played the role of the first lady of Poland?
The results clearly point to Jolanta Kwaśniewska, who won over half – 55%. — votes of the respondents.

Second place in the ranking was taken by the current first lady, Marta Nawrocka, who obtained 18 percent. indications.
Third place was taken by the late. Maria Kaczyńska, the president's wife in 2005-2010, with a result of 12 percent. votes.
Fourth place was taken by Agata Kornhauser-Duda, wife of Andrzej Duda, president in 2015-25, who was considered the best first lady by 8%. respondents.
The lowest results in the survey were recorded by Danuta Wałęsa, wife of Lech Wałęsa, president in 1990-95, with the support of 4 percent, and Anna Komorowska, wife of Bronisław Komorowski, who held the office of head of state in 2010-15. Komorowska won only 3 percent. votes.

The survey was conducted on November 13-14, 2025, using the CAWI method, on a representative sample of 1,050 people. The results clearly show that Jolanta Kwaśniewska remains in the memory of Poles as one of the most valued first ladies of the Third Polish Republic.
