Dubai has officially opened the world's tallest hotel, Ciel Dubai Marina, an impressive 377-meter, 82-story building with 1,004 rooms and suites. The hotel is part of the Vignette Collection by IHG and joins the most iconic vertical structures in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.

Ciel Dubai Marina reflects the city's ambition to attract luxury tourists. In 2024, Dubai recorded 18.7 million international tourists, up 9% from 2023, and foreign investment in tourism exceeded $2 billion. Heinrich Morio, hotel manager, said: “This extraordinary hotel reflects Dubai's status as a global destination for tourism and business, offering an experience that is as uplifting as it is memorable.”
Designed by NORR Group architects, the hotel has a needle-like shape, emphasizing verticality and panoramic views. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf. On the 76th floor is an outdoor swimming pool, one of the highest in the world, and at the top of the building there is an observation point with spectacular views.
The architects emphasized that the project was also designed for sustainability and energy efficiency. The hotel also includes vertical gardens arranged on the height of the building.
Restaurants, relaxation and experiences at altitude
Ciel Dubai Marina offers eight restaurants and cafes. West 13 serves Mediterranean cuisine, including homemade pastas, gyros, tacos, mezze and artisanal pastries. East 14 offers an Asian buffet with ramen, pho, sushi, dim sum and curry. Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery offers breakfast, lunch and an all-day menu with freshly baked pastries and specialty coffee.
The main attraction is Tattu, a modern concept of Asian gastronomy with three locations: Tattu Restaurant & Bar, Tattu Sky Pool and Tattu Sky Lounge. The experience begins on the 74th floor, combining ancient mythology, modern sophistication and contemporary Asian cuisine. On the 76th floor, the Tattu Sky Pool, located 310 meters high, offers daybeds, Japanese fusion snacks and an atmosphere that transforms from relaxation during the day to DJs and cocktails at sunset. The pinnacle of the experience is the Sky Lounge & Terrace on the 81st floor, with music, cocktails and 360-degree views.
The hotel also features a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center with skyline views, and at ground level guests can access the Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. In February 2026, the spa on the 61st floor will open to guests.
Ciel Dubai Marina is an iconic example of luxury tourism in Dubai, combining record-breaking architecture, world-class facilities and unique experiences at the height for tourists from around the world.
