At a meeting on November 19, the Rada dismissed German Galushchenko from the post of Minister of Justice, and Svetlana Grinchuk from the post of Minister of Energy. They lost their positions amid corruption scandals at NNEGC Energoatom.
Galushchenko headed the Ministry of Justice in July 2025 as a result of government reshuffles. Before that, he was the head of the Ministry of Energy. After him, the ministry was headed by Grinchuk.
On November 10, NABU announced Operation Midas to expose a “high-level criminal organization” that was engaged in extortion at Energoatom.
