In the technical schools and colleges of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, preparing personnel for the energy industry, the results of the reception campaign of 2025 were summed up.

Within the framework of the Federal Professor Project, about 250 new students will begin training in specialties in demand in the fuel and energy complex. The project is implemented with the active participation and support of the Siberian generating company and the Melnichenko Foundation.

Future energy will receive a specialized education on the basis of three educational institutions included in the educational and production cluster of the region’s fuel and energy complex: the Nazarovsky Energy Building College (NEST), the Krasnoyarsk technical school of welding technologies and energy, the Minusinsk agricultural college.

The unconditional leader in the number of students accepted was the Nazarovsky energy -planning college. 150 people are credited to the energy specialties. This is not an accident: NEST is determined by the supporting venue of the federal program.

Thanks to the investments of the state and power engineers in the amount of 100 million rubles in the technical school, a powerful educational base was created. Modern educational and production workshops and laboratories are equipped with these funds, where students master the profession in practice. It is this educational institution for many years that is the main supplier of personnel for the Nazarovskoye State Institution and other SGK enterprises.

The key feature of “professionality” is a close integration of education and production. Throughout the school period, students are practiced at the enterprises of the Siberian generating company, and after completing the training they are employed in the company.

Recall that the start of the Professor program in the Krasnoyarsk Territory was given in 2022 with the signing of an agreement between the Ministry of Education of the region, three technical schools and SGK. To date, the total number of students studying in the program in the specialties of the fuel and energy complex in all three osuzes exceeds 700 people.
