Horațiu Potra, targeted in Romania by a preventive arrest warrant in a case of constitutional crimes, is being transported to the country from Dubai, judicial sources told HotNews.
On board the aircraft heading to Romania are also his son, Dorian Potra, and nephew, Alexandru Potra, who are prosecuted in the same case.
The three are under strict guard, according to Antena 3 CNN.
