Products for filling
- 500 g chicken liver;
- 450 g boiled potatoes;
- 450 g onions;
- 40 g butter;
- salt and pepper – to taste.
For the test
- 350 g flour;
- 250 ml kefir;
- 1 yolk – do not add white;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp. Sahara;
- 0.5 tsp soda;
- 0.5 tsp. salt.
Preparation
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Transfer half of the roast to a plate and add the liver to the frying pan. Bring to readiness, add salt and pepper.
- Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes by adding butter.
- Mix liver with mashed potatoes. Add fried onions.
- Prepare the dough. To do this, add sugar, salt and soda to the sifted flour. Stir.
- Separately, mix warm kefir with yolk and vegetable oil. Add the mixture to the flour. Knead the dough.
- Form the dough into dumplings with filling.
- Boil dumplings in salted water.
