The latest poll for the elections in Bucharest. RATE: Baluta leads by 27%. Ciprian Ciucu and Cătălin Drula, “head to head”. What score does Anca Alexandrescu have?

The PSD mayor of District 4, Daniel Băluță, remains in first place in the race for the Capital City Hall, according to the latest CURS survey, published on Saturday. Cătălin Drula (USR) and Ciprian Ciucu (PNL) follow, tied, with 22% each, compared to the 18% they were credited with less than a month ago by the same polling house.
- The CURS survey was conducted on a sample of 1,100 people from Bucharest, at their homes, between November 3–14, 2025. The maximum margin of error is ±3%, at a confidence level of 95%.
Anca Alexandrescu is credited with 15%, gaining five percent compared to a month ago, when the previous CURS survey was done.
Next, at a distance of 10 percent, is Virgil Alexandru Zidaru (Makaveli), the influencer who campaigned for Călin Georgescu on TikTok in 2024

Close fight for General Council of the Municipality of Bucharest
The declared options for the General Council show a tight competition between the top four political formations.
The PSD is at 22% in the CURS poll, followed very closely by the USR, with 21%, and the PNL, with 19%. AUR is credited with 18% and the rest of the lots are between 2% and 5%.

Certainty of voting
The certainty expressed regarding participation in the December 7 elections for the Capital City Hall is high.
More than half of the respondents, 57%, firmly declare that they will vote, giving the highest mark, and another 9% declare themselves very likely to participate. Only a minority of 3% say they will not vote, according to the CURS survey.
CURS representatives indicate that among the new or independent candidates who obtain scores between 2% and 5%, George Burcea stands out, who recently entered the competition from POT, the party that supported Călin Georgescu in the presidential elections.
The main problem of Bucharest
Regarding the problems identified in the city, road traffic is in the first place, being mentioned by 20% of the respondents. Immediately after it is the operation of state hospitals, indicated by 19%, followed by the heating network, with 18%. Corruption in the local administration is mentioned by 13% of Bucharest residents who participated in the CURS survey, and air pollution by 7%.
In terms of the desired direction for local government, the majority of respondents, 56%, express their preference for a change, while 39% would like the current direction to continue.
What percentages did the candidates for the Capital City Hall have in the previous polls
In the previous CURS poll, published on October 19, Băluță opened the ranking with 25%, and Cătălin Drula (USR) and Ciprian Ciucu (PNL) were tied for second place, each with 18%, followed by Anca Alexandrescu, with 10%.
In the most recent survey, carried out by Avangarde and published on November 12, Daniel Băluță is credited with 24%. The PSD mayor of the sector is followed by the mayor of Sector 6, the liberal Ciprian Ciucu – 21% and by Cătălin Drula (USR), credited with a percentage of 20% and by the independent Anca Alexandrescu with a score of 17%.
Another Avangarde survey regarding the race for the Capital City Hall was published on October 26, when Băluță was also in first place, with 25%, Ciucu being in second place with 23%.
At that time, Drula was credited with 18%, and the independent Anca Alexandrescu, with 16%. They were followed by Cristian Popescu Piedone (8%), Vlad Gheorghe from the RIGHT party (4%), Ana Ciceală from SENS (3%) and the independent Virgil Alexandru Zidaru (2%).
A poll conducted by Novel Research commissioned by the PNL, published on November 3, placed the liberal Ciucu in first place, with a lead over Băluță below the poll's margin of error.
Ciprian Ciucu, mayor of Sector 6 and the PNL candidate in the elections of December 7, was rated with 26.4% of the voting intention, according to the survey commissioned by his party. Daniel Băluță, mayor of Sector 4, was credited with a score of 24.5%. Cătălin Drula was in third place with a voting intention of 18.7%, followed by Anca Alexandrescu with 15%.
