According to him, despite the achievements of the United States led by him (Trump called the end of the shutdown, the ban on the participation of men in women's sports, “ending eight wars” and more), Marjorie only “complains, complains and complains.”
Trump says he is against Greene's intentions to run in special elections for the House of Representatives of the Senate or for governor because her rating does not exceed 12%.
“She has told many people that she is upset that I no longer answer her calls… but I can’t answer calls from an angry crazy woman every day,” the American president wrote.
He warned that he would not support her, but a “real” Republican candidate for the November 2026 Senate race.
Context
Greene is known for her far-right and anti-Ukrainian views. For a long time, she was against allocating any additional funds to Ukraine, Newsweek emphasized. The congresswoman was categorically against assistance to Ukraine, threatened to initiate the resignation of Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson and tried to block Johnson’s bill HR 8035, which provided assistance to Ukraine totaling $60.84 billion, introducing more than two dozen amendments, in particular proposing to mobilize American legislators who supported the document into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
She submitted amendments to the bill on “biological laboratories” in Ukraine, broadcasting the thesis of Russian propaganda, and “interference” in the activities of the church. The House of Representatives rejected her amendments. After the vote on the aid package, the House of Representatives applauded and waved Ukrainian flags. “If you love Ukraine so much, go there and leave the running of America to those who love this country!” – Greene wrote in X.
On July 14, Greene spoke out against military assistance to Ukraine, which was announced by US President Donald Trump.
At the end of July, she spread a fake about the reasons for the protest in Kyiv, caused by an attempt to pass a bill to deprive the independence of the anti-corruption bodies of Ukraine. Under the photo of the protests, she wrote that they are against the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, since he “is a dictator and refuses to conclude a peace agreement” with the Russian Federation and end the war.
