Cooking

  1. Grind the onion. In a bowl, mix minced meat, onions, spices, chopped garlic, soda.
  2. Add soda water, mix everything.
  3. Leave the minced meat in the refrigerator at night.
  4. Form with your hands moistened in water.
  5. Prepare sausages in a pan with vegetable oil.

According to the blogger, sausages are juicy inside with a crunchy crust outside.
