“Russian troops are completing the defeat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces group in the Kursk region”
Vladimir Putin spoke at a meeting of the board of the Prosecutor General's Office. A few statements from the President:
— All Ukrainian military personnel, and especially foreign mercenaries in the Kursk region, are terrorists, their atrocities must be thoroughly investigated.
— All Ukrainian punishers and those who gave criminal orders must be identified and punished.
— The crash of oil tankers showed the grave consequences of negligence.
— Putin instructed military prosecutors to help strengthen military discipline as the most important factor in combat readiness.
— The President demanded that infrastructure facilities and places of public gathering be increased against terrorism.
