In Kansk, bailiffs seized the debtor's vehicle. This was reported by the GUFSSP of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The department of bailiffs for the city of Kansk and the Kansky district initiated enforcement proceedings to collect credit debts from a local resident. The man did not make mandatory bank payments for a long time, and the amount of loan debt exceeded 4 million rubles.
The court ordered him to fulfill his previously assumed financial obligations. However, the debtor was hiding from the bailiffs, did not work officially and hid the property subject to seizure.
“The bailiff found the debtor’s vehicle, which he could probably use to generate unofficial income – a 2006 PAZ bus. The debtor’s vehicle was promptly seized, which prompted the man to contact the enforcement officers,” the GUFSSP reported.
At the moment, in order not to lose the vehicle, the debtor undertakes to cover the accumulated debt, including the enforcement fee.
Otherwise, the bus will be sold to pay off the debt.
