
Chicken can be prepared in many different ways, but this recipe will please everyone. Spicy and juicy “fillet” in a frying pan goes perfectly with rice. How to cook in a cunning way, told the author of the blog “Cooking” (12+) on the Zen platform (12+).
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc.
- Coconut milk or cream – 450 ml
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Curry – 2 teaspoons
- Turmeric – 2 teaspoons
- Lime – 1 pc.
- Ginger – 2 teaspoons
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Hot red pepper optional
How to cook:
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry them in a preheated frying pan with salt and pepper until golden brown, then transfer to a separate bowl.
In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic and ginger until soft. Add curry and turmeric and stir. Pour in coconut milk or cream.
Let the mixture simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan, stir well and turn off the heat. Leave covered for another 10 minutes.
Serve with rice and lime juice. Bon appetit.
