The PSD candidate for the Capital City Hall, Daniel Băluţă, stated on Digi24 that he could work with Ciprian Ciucu, if the liberal would become the capital's mayor, stating that they are rational people who have had a good relationship so far. Regarding the USR candidate, Cătălin Drula, Băluță said that he respects him even if “he is sometimes more explosive.”
Asked if he could still collaborate from the post of sector mayor with Ciprian Ciucu, if the liberal becomes general mayor, Daniel Băluță answered in the affirmative.
“It's normal for this to happen. We're rational people. We've always gotten along well. We're in a competition together, as you can see, there's a special respect on my part. I'm convinced that, regardless of the situation, after December 8, it's normal to continue things where we left off during this time,” said Băluţă, quoted by News.ro.

Asked if he would collaborate in the same way with Cătălin Drula, Băluţă replied: “The same. I respect Mr. Drula a lot, even if he is sometimes more explosive. He is a counter-candidate that this competition needs very much and I am convinced that interpersonal relations will not deteriorate, after this campaign. I have this desire at least, even if slightly, fake news sometimes still appear, but it's a campaign, it's normal, nothing special happens.”
