The Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk deprived the negligent father of payments that he illegally received after the death of his son in the Northern Military District.

In the past, the man avoided raising and supporting his child in every possible way, but when he, already an adult, died while performing combat missions in the Northern Military District zone, he decided to benefit financially from this. After the death of the guy, the negligent father took advantage of social support measures and received 3,545,410.89 rubles

“It has been established that this monetary payment is unjust enrichment and is payable to the mother of the deceased SVO soldier, as well as his wife and young son,” the joint press service of the courts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported.

The man was not only deprived of the right to payments in connection with the death of his son, money was also recovered from him in favor of the mother, wife and young son of the serviceman. Now he is obliged to pay each of them 1,181,803.63 rubles.

The appeal and cassation rulings left this decision unchanged.
