The owners of the damaged apartments in the center of Moscow, where Instasamka lived, are preparing lawsuits in court. They want to take 13 million rubles from the owner, which she will probably demand from the star couple. The police refused to initiate criminal proceedings against the singer.
According to Mash, the damage to Instasamka’s rented apartment amounted to 10 million. The premises have been rented since May 2023 from Alla Veremeenko (ex-wife of State Duma deputy Sergei Veremeenko, suspected of fraud in the sale of the Ufa Lights shopping center.) Also, two residents – 2.5 and 4.9 million rubles – the second suffered personal belongings during the fire extinguishing. And the man suffered 5.4 million in damage – chandeliers fell, cracks in the ceiling and the parquet swelled.
In November 2023, the roof of an elite high-rise building on Tverskoy Boulevard caught fire due to a faulty fireplace in Instasamka’s apartment. According to Dasha and her husband Oleg Eropkin, the owner allowed them to use it. No kindling was poured there; cigarettes were smoked only on the balcony.
