A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory repaid a large debt to the bank after the car was seized

In the Krasnoturansky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, bailiffs collected from a local resident more than 200 thousand rubles of debt to the bank. This was reported by the department of the bailiff service in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

The man owed the bank more than 200 thousand rubles, but did not pay the loan. When department officials seized the debtor's bank accounts, he stopped officially working. The man decided that, without receiving a “white” salary, he could not pay his debts at all.

“The bailiffs did not put up with this situation and identified a domestic-made car, VAZ-21120, owned by the debtor. During the seizure of the vehicle, the bailiff explained to the owner of the car that his debt could be repaid by selling the vehicle and an enforcement fee would also be charged for refusing to voluntarily pay the debt,” the department explained.

The man, in order not to be left without a car, voluntarily repaid the entire amount of debt to the bank within 5 days.
