Careful! Several types of spices, withdrawn from the market. Risk of contamination with metal and rubber fragments

The manufacturing company has withdrawn several batches of Knorr and Delikat products from the market, due to the suspicion that fragments of metal and rubber may have accidentally entered the packages as a result of a failure of factory equipment.

Unilever has announced the withdrawal from the market of a limited number of packages from the Knorr and Delikat range, after an equipment failure was identified during the production process. The company states that because of this, there is a possibility that some products may contain fragments of metal and rubber, which makes them unfit for consumption.

In a statement sent on Sunday, November 9, Unilever emphasizes that it carries out its production activities in accordance with the highest international standards of quality and safety and that it treats any deviation from these norms with the utmost seriousness.

“Thus, Unilever has decided to withdraw from the market a limited number of packages from the Delikat Borş Magic with vegetables assortment, Knorr – magic bag – spices for pork with garlic and smoke, Knorr chicken soup with noodles and Knorr fix for crispy chicken with garlic”, shows the company.

Target lots

The withdrawal applies exclusively to the following batches:

* Delikat Magic Borscht with vegetables – Lot 528003C93, valid until 31.10.2026;

* Knorr Magic bag – spices for pork – Lots 528630C93 and 528730C93, valid until 31.01.2027;

* Knorr chicken soup with noodles – Lot 527810C93, valid until 31.10.2026;

* Knorr fix for crispy chicken with garlic – Lot 528008C93, valid until 30.04.2027.

Unilever states that all other Delikat and Knorr products remain safe for consumption and fully comply with the company's strict quality standards.

Consumers who purchased products from the mentioned lots are advised not to consume them, but to return them to the stores where they bought them for a refund of the amount paid.
