It looks like the marriage between Manchester United defender Matthijs de Ligt and Annekee Molenaar is seriously faltering. After only one year of the wedding, the two decided to take a break, and the media in the Netherlands and Great Britain are already talking about a possible divorce.

On Instagram, she published several artistic photos, but one of them caught all the attention of fans: she appears completely naked, covering her body with her arms, the image is blurred and edited in a polaroid style.
The picture went viral in just a few minutes, and English journalists believe that such photos may violate the rules of the social media platform regarding nudity.

Sources close to the couple say that tensions between the two would have gradually emerged after Annekee changed her lifestyle, adopting a more “spiritual” view of the world. A change that, it seems, was not to the taste of the footballer.
De Ligt and Annekee have been together for almost eight years. The Dutch model accompanied the player at all stages of his career: from Ajax, to Juventus, then to Bayern Munich, and from 2024, to Manchester United, a club for which the Dutch defender has already collected 53 matches and two goals.
