The first zero-emission office building in Poland. Poznań is starting a breakthrough on the market

The Nowy Rynek complex was built in accordance with the concept of “a city within a city”. It consists of five office and commercial buildings, surrounded by public spaces, restaurants, cultural facilities, small architecture and greenery. New Market C, designed by the Poznań studio Ultra Architectswill close this flagship project of Skanska in the capital of Greater Poland.

The office building will offer over 28.7 thousand sq m. m2 of leasable area (GLA), including approx. 25.7 thousand sq m of offices and 2.9 thousand sq m of commercial and service space. The building will have six floors above ground, and the underground garage will have space for 225 cars and over 100 bicycles. There are additional parking spaces for two-wheelers outside, which is in line with the idea of ​​environmentally friendly mobility.
