Beeline has confirmed its status as the safest operator, according to a study conducted by ComNews Research analysts among the Big Four operators. One of its stages was a stress test, in which Beeline blocked 99% of spam calls, beating its closest competitor by 23 percentage points.
As part of the study “Information Security of Cellular Subscribers,” the design and functionality of anti-fraud systems of the largest operators, mechanisms for protecting subscribers from unwanted calls and spam over the phone and in instant messengers, the quality of support, as well as interaction with the Antifraud IS and the banking community and other anti-fraud measures taken by operators were assessed.
Beeline was recognized as the safest based on a set of parameters, which were:
- own anti-fraud platform and the widest offer of “cloud verification” services to other operators;
- diversity and balance in the offer of security services – from protection over the phone and in instant messengers to compensation for clients who nevertheless became victims of fraudsters;
- strong protection mechanisms against social engineering methods – in particular, AI analytics and call interruption when an SMS code is received, which only Beeline of all operators works for calls in instant messengers;
- availability of a Rapid Response Team for maximum prompt assistance;
- number of banks with established information exchange and integration with support services.
This is not the operator’s first victory: according to the results of a similar study last year, Beeline was also recognized as the safest.
