A 19-story residential building will be built in Krasnoyarsk opposite the PokrovSky shopping center

In Krasnoyarsk, on Abytaevskaya Street, opposite the PokrovSky shopping center, a 19-story residential building will appear. According to the publication Sibnovosti.ru, the design of the building with a total area of 29.5 thousand square meters has already been approved by the city mayor's office.
The construction will be carried out by the K-group company, which in December 2024 leased the land plot for a period of eight years.
The facility will be located on an L-shaped area with an area of 2,200 square meters for the above-ground part and 3,600 square meters for the underground.
