A new paramedic and obstetric station has opened in the village of Novopoltavka, Ermakovsky municipal district. The regional Ministry of Health spoke about this.
A modular first-aid post was built as part of the national project “Long and Active Life”. The Novopoltavsky FAP, located 24 kilometers from the district center, serves 315 village residents, including 66 children.
“The previous medical center was located in a building that was more than a hundred years old, so the conditions did not meet any standards. The new FAP is fully equipped: there is a reception room, a treatment room, a room for storing medications, and a comfortable waiting area,” said Alexander Petrovsky, chief physician of the Ermakovsky District Hospital.

Residents of Novopoltavka can now undergo medical examination and vaccination, receive routine and emergency medical care without leaving the village.
“There is a lot of space here, our own work computer, professional equipment – a cardiograph, instruments for measuring cholesterol and hemoglobin. I am very pleased, and so are my beloved patients,” paramedic Lyudmila Tolstonozhenko, who has been working at the local medical center for 40 years, shared her impressions.
The new first aid station in Novopoltavka is already the 35th one built in the region this year as part of the national project. By the end of 2025, it is planned to open two more in the Ermakovsky district – in the villages of Salba and Nizhneusinsk.
