The court unblocked funds from the “7 Cars 2 x Buddha” lottery. Kamil “Budda” Labudda was detained by the Central Police Investigation Bureau October 14, 2024, just a few hours after the end of the “7 Cars 2 x Buddha” lottery. In the event organized by Labudda and Influi, the prizes included luxury cars and a house in Zakopane. Together with the influencer, nine other people were detained and charged with leading and participating in an organized criminal group. This group had, among others, engage in organizing illegal gambling games.
Everyone though the suspects were released from custody Just a few months after the arrest, funds intended for rewards and financial guarantees remained blocked. Despite winning, the winners could not collect their prizes.

The breakthrough came on November 3, 2025, when the District Court in Szczecin lifted the blockade of funds. Hubert Kłoda from Kanał Zero provided information about the decision that allows the payment of prizes in accordance with the original purpose of the bank guarantee.
— The Tax Administration Chamber no longer has legal grounds to withhold payment of prizes to winners. The court found that the bank guarantee was established correctly and could not be treated as security for property, the journalist reported.
Influi, the organizer of the lottery, in a statement forwarded to Hubert Kłoda, indicates that the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber in Krakow should immediately pay the winners a cash equivalent for their winnings.

Unlocking the funds means that lottery winners should soon receive their winnings in cash (the winners were to agree to receive the equivalent of the prize in cash, instead of a car).
The court's decision helps end the months-long impasse, but Influi warns that further delays may result in legal action against the public administration. The company refers to the provisions regarding abuse of powers by public officials and misappropriation of property.
The court's decision to unblock the funds is not yet the final judgment in the entire case. The proceedings regarding the lottery itself and the allegations against the organizers are still ongoing. At this point, the decision of the District Court in Szczecin gives hope to the winners who have been waiting for a long time to realize their winnings.
