Krasnoyarsk Department of Transport denied information about a child being taken off the bus (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, an investigation was conducted into a complaint about a conductor disembarking a child from bus No. 11.

The mother of an 11-year-old boy reported this to the media on November 4. She said that her son was unable to pay by card because the terminal was not working and the conductor dropped him off before the required stop.

To clarify the situation, specialists from the Department of Transport studied video footage from cameras inside the minibus and received explanatory notes from the crew.

“It was established that there was no conflict situation between the passenger and the conductor in this case. The child left the salon on his own,” the Department of Transport reported.

As a preventive measure, additional explanatory work was carried out with the conductor staff. And parents of all schoolchildren who use public transport are advised to talk with them about what to do in such cases.
