A New Year's tree from VTB appeared on Bridge Square in Krasnoyarsk – now the busy transport interchange on the Right Bank of the city is sparkling with New Year's lights.

The 18-meter spruce is decorated with 1,100 different toys and light balls. The bright symbol of the holiday is noticeable from afar thanks to 2.3 thousand meters of garlands with flickering and stroboscopic effects.

“New Year is the time when the city transforms and becomes like a winter fairy tale. This time we decided to make our contribution to the design of the city and decorate its appearance with our Christmas tree. We, like all residents of Krasnoyarsk, want this and other spruce trees, which will decorate public spaces and homes, to bring a sense of celebration into our lives. We hope that this initiative will be liked by citizens and guests of the city,” said Alexander Vanyushkin, VTB manager in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republics of Khakassia and Tyva.

And so that the holidays pass in a warm atmosphere, the podium on which the spruce is placed is decorated in the form of a knitted scarf. It is decorated with a festive message: “Have a New Year!” The main solution for the campaign was knitted elements: a warm blue scarf, fir branches, knitted characters, as well as a slogan that most accurately reflects what you want to do during the holidays: celebrate New Year's Eve. In the same style, the bank decorates more than 30 trees in 27 cities of Russia – from Kamchatka to Novorossiya.
