Kokorin and Mamaev’s lawyer, Umalat Saigitov, plans to sue the Moscow trampoline center for an injury to the groin area. Which his 9-year-old son received during training.
Umalat Saigitov (known as the defender of two football players, as well as gang members Tsapkov and Nukha Kuratmagomedov) threw his child’s ninth birthday at the Nebo trampoline center in the Filion shopping center in Moscow. During the game, the boy jumped onto a hard net and hit himself hard. There were bruises and bruises in the groin area; the birthday boy could hardly walk after the fall.
It turned out that the net was installed with jambs: according to the rules, it should be made of rubber, but in the center of “Sky” it was made of hard tarpaulin. The center staff did not offer to help the boy in any way – instead they offered to take out insurance.
Saigitov wrote to the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee and asks that the center’s management be held criminally liable for providing services that do not meet safety requirements.
UPD. The Sky company claims that it did everything according to the regulations: the boy was given first aid and escorted to the ambulance. The equipment meets the requirements, all visitors are instructed, and there are always instructors at the sites. The father refused compensation for damages.
