According to the food blogger, this recipe produces fluffy, tall cheesecakes with a golden crust and incredibly tender inside.
Products:
- 500 g cottage cheese;
- one egg;
- a pinch of salt;
- 2 tbsp. l. semolina;
- vanilla sugar to taste;
- zest of one lemon or orange.
Preparation
- Mix cottage cheese with egg, add vanilla sugar, salt, semolina and lemon zest. Stir and form cheesecakes.
- Dip them in flour and use a glass to shape them.
- Cook cheesecakes in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
- First, fry over high heat until the cheesecakes become golden on both sides, and then continue cooking, covered, for another five minutes over low heat.
