Products:

  • 500 g cottage cheese;
  • one egg;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 2 tbsp. l. semolina;
  • vanilla sugar to taste;
  • zest of one lemon or orange.

Preparation

  1. Mix cottage cheese with egg, add vanilla sugar, salt, semolina and lemon zest. Stir and form cheesecakes.
  2. Dip them in flour and use a glass to shape them.
  3. Cook cheesecakes in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.
  4. First, fry over high heat until the cheesecakes become golden on both sides, and then continue cooking, covered, for another five minutes over low heat.
