Krasnoyarsk residents donated more than 400 kg of food, clothes and toys to homeless dogs and cats

In Krasnoyarsk, during the next charity event “Give me a paw, friend,” more than 200 kilograms of food and the same amount of cereal were collected for homeless dogs and cats. This was reported to the mayor's office.

In addition, for two weeks, concerned citizens brought diapers, beds, materials for insulating booths, treats, toys and other things necessary for the daily care of animals to the youth centers.

Also, as part of the promotion involunteers from Labor detachment of the head of the city We made 60 toys for cats and 20 scratching posts with our own hands. The teenagers also organized a photo shoot with cats in the hope that this would help find them new owners, and visited a dog shelter, where they helped with walking and cleaning.

“In total, 134 people joined the action this year. All collected food products and equipment were transferred to the “My Dog” and “Golden Heart” shelters,” the mayor’s office said.
