More than 20 Russians were stuck at the Tbilisi airport. They say: two hours before departure to Moscow they changed the plane and many simply did not have enough space.
Red Wings WZ-560 flight was supposed to fly out today at 13:50. But during registration, it turned out that the board was changed to a smaller one. Because of this, many did not have enough space.
According to compatriots, representatives of Red Wings are only shrug and say that there are no other sorties for today. They also offer to return the money, but they do not give any specifics.
UPD. Red Wings argue that they are ready to return the money, re -register tickets and send passengers home a little later. The hotel and food are also in place. Representatives of the airline work with people to provide all the necessary services.
