– We are opening two export capitals. You know that this is about co-production and export – of those weapons that we can afford to sell to obtain additional funds for our internal production of the missing systems; those for which we do not have sufficient funds. The first two centers (the decision was made at the level of companies participating in co-production, as well as at the state level) will be established in Berlin and Copenhagen. This will happen later this year,” Zelensky said during a briefing in Kiev.

He added that the issues of contracts with EU countries will be dealt with by advisor to the President of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kamyshyn. – Everything will be formally opened and contracts will be prepared. Oleksandr Kamyshyn is responsible for Europe – he will represent Ukrainian exports on the European continent,” explained the president.

Additionally, as Zelensky pointed out, work is also underway with Middle Eastern countries and the USA. – Next week, the American team responsible for the so-called Drone deal, the president said. At the beginning of October, the Ukrainian delegation to the US discussed with representatives of the Pentagon, Congress and the military the possibility of selling some Ukrainian drones, as well as their joint modernization and development of new platforms.

The Ukrainian head of state announced that by the end of November, 600-800 interceptor drones will be produced in Ukraine per day. – If everything goes as it should, because sometimes, we understand, there are attacks. Sometimes they attack not only the energy sector, the president noted.

He emphasized that despite the hits to weapons production plants, all of them had resumed work. – So today we haven't lost any type of long-range weapons. Sometimes mass production slows down because we lose this or that element – that's true. But we also attack the “Russians”, the president added.

Zelensky also announced that Ukraine is quite good at producing its own missiles and that Flamingo and Neptun missiles are currently being used.

According to the president, 26-30 percent all combat operations on the front take place in Pokrovsk. He recalled that there are currently 260 to 300 Russian soldiers in the city.

– Pokrovsk – the enemy has not achieved success there in recent days (…) Moreover, 50 percent all guided bomb drops (KAB) concern Pokrovsk. You understand how difficult it is for our soldiers, Zelensky said.

According to the Ukrainian head of state, the staff meeting discussed the situation in the Kupyansk region, where – as he stated – there remain about 60 Russian servicemen. The president noted that the dates for cleaning the area have been set, but will not be made public. The operation in the Dobropilla area continues.

– The commander-in-chief (Oleksandr Syrski) said that another 2-3 km have been cleared, but Russia understands that it has completely lost the initiative there, and we see that it is preparing a retaliation. It's obvious – they are massing troops, we can see it from the interceptions and all the signs, Zelensky said.
