Ingredients:
- 1 kg of onion;
- 100 ml vegetable oil;
- 10 g salt.
Preparation
- Cut the onion into cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add onion and fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
- At the end of frying, salt it.
- Sterilize jars and lids in the oven or steam. Place the hot onions in jars so that they are completely covered with vegetable oil. Roll up, turn upside down and leave to cool.
