8 types of capital that shape the future of Romania
The sports capital brings to the fore the lessons of discipline, perseverance and performance applied in the business environment. Sport is analyzed as a tool for national branding, social education and economic development.
Cultural capital explores how creative industries such as cinema, arts or heritage generate economic, tourism and image value. Culture thus becomes not only an expression of identity, but also an instrument of growth.
Social capital emphasizes trust, dialogue and collaboration. In a context marked by polarization and fragmentation, community ties become strategic resources that support social stability and cohesion, essential for long-term development.
The artistic capital completes this dimension by discussing the role of art in stimulating innovation and strengthening collective identity. Art becomes a catalyst for creativity, empathy and social cohesion.
Defense capital analyzes how Romania can strengthen its position in the European value chain of the defense industry, moving from execution to strategic innovation.
Symbolic capital highlights the power of reputation, image and brand in building trust and competitive advantage. In a global economy where perception can be worth as much as a balance sheet figure, reputation becomes a strategic asset.
Human capital remains the core of all progress. Discussions focus on motivation, meaning and professional development of employees, investing in people as a business strategy and adapting to rapid changes in the labor market.
Financial capital closes the circle through the perspective of smart investment, the alignment of private, institutional and government capital and its role in driving sustainable growth and innovation.
From idea to impact. From impact to change.
The event is structured in two thematic days
The first day explores the capitals that define identity, reputation and social cohesion: symbolic, social, cultural and artistic, while the second day is dedicated to the dimensions that drive sustainable growth and competitiveness: defence, sports, human and financial.
During the two days, participants will have the opportunity to interact with visionary leaders, discover relevant case studies and participate in applied conversations about how Romania's resources can be harnessed intelligently, through collaboration, trust and shared vision.
