
If you're tired of sandwiches, try making a chic double bacon and egg sandwich. You can eat one of these for the whole day, and children especially like it. The recipe was shared on the blog “Eating at Home with Yulia Vysotskaya” (12+) on the Zen platform (12+).
Ingredients:
- Toast bread – 2 slices
- Chicken egg – 1 piece
- Bacon – 2-3 strips
- Cheese – 2 slices
- Tomato – 2 thin slices
- Lettuce leaf – 2 pieces
- Tomato sauce – to taste
- Vegetable oil – to taste
How to cook:
Brown 2 slices of bread in a dry frying pan on both sides. Pour a little vegetable oil into the same frying pan and fry the fried egg. Carefully transfer the egg to a plate. Fry 2 strips of bacon until crispy.
Spread one piece of toasted bread with tomato sauce and cover with salad. Top with tomato slices, then fried eggs, fried bacon and a slice of cheese.
Cover everything with a second leaf of lettuce and another slice of bread. Bon appetit!
Tip: cut the sandwich diagonally, this will make it easier to pack it for your children at school or for your husband at work.
