The 20 -year -old accused of trying to sexually abuse a 13 -year -old girl, preventively arrested for 30 days
The Prosecutor's Office attached to the Alba Court sent on Friday, August 1, that the judges ordered the preventive arrest for 30 days of the 20 -year -old who tried to sexually abuse a 13 -year -old girl.

On Thursday, July 31, the prosecutors from the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Aiud Court ordered the start of the 20 -year -old. Subsequently, he was detained, and the judges ordered the preventive arrest for 30 days.
“Following the takeover of the case from the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Aiud Court, the prosecutor within the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Alba Tribunal, on 31.07.2025, set the criminal action against a 20 -year -old defendant, for committing the crimes of rape committed on a minor, asupra unui minor, prev. de art. 32 C.pen. raportat la art. 2181 alin. 2 C.pen., agresiune sexuală săvârşită asupra unui minor, în formă continuată, prev. de art. 2191 alin.12 C.pen., cu aplicarea art. 35 alin. 1 C.pen. şi conducerea unui vehicul fără permis de conducere, în formă continuată, prev. de art. 335 alin. 1 C.pen., cu aplicarea art.

Father's dramatic intervention
Sbating that something is not right, the girl's father watched the situation and intervened when he saw his daughter being drawn into a car on an isolated field. “By physical constraint, he tried to maintain a new sexual intercourse with it, the action being interrupted by the minor father”, Said Mădălina Crișan, spokesman for IPJ Alba.
The aggressor tried to run away from the scene, but was taken shortly. He is suspected of sexual assault, rape and driving without a permit.
The child receives psychological support
The victim was immediately put in contact with specialists to overcome the trauma. “She benefited from psychological counseling in an emergency, in order to overcome the traumatic situation.explained Bianca Piaza, psychologist of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Alba.
