According to Tyurin, law enforcement officers are considering different versions of the cause of the explosion, which destroyed three floors.
“The final conclusion will be made after a complete analysis of the rubble and the work of experts,” he added.
The regional police announced the opening of criminal proceedings into an explosion in a high-rise building.
According to law enforcement officials, the explosion occurred on Ternopilskaya Street at about 15.00. Previously, a domestic gas explosion occurred.
Doctors treated five victims without hospitalization, the police noted.
