In a clear mind and solid memory up to 100 years: exercises for brain training from an academician – how to live long and efficiently

The theme of preserving youth and health has always been in the focus of scientists. Soviet academician Alexander Mikulin developed a unique technique that allowed him to maintain health and survive up to 90 years, preserving his memory and a clear mind. The author of the Zen channel “Simply On Life and Education” (16+) writes about this.

Gravity against aging

It is necessary to stand on tiptoe, slightly lifting the heels 3-5 cm from the floor, and then sharply lower them to the floor to feel the vibration throughout the body. The exercise should be performed no more than once per second, repeating 25-30 times. An increase in the frequency or height of lifting the heels will not lead to an increase in the effect.

Respiratory gymnastics

This exercise is performed twice a day and takes 1-2 minutes. It is necessary to take a deep breath and hold the air for 5 seconds. Then, without grinding your teeth, exhale the air with several small portions.

Tasks for the mind

The brain needs constant stimulation. Every evening, fix the five new information or names that you have learned during the day. Such training has a positive effect on both the RAM and on long -term memory.

Nutrition

The academician divided the meal into three phases: quenching hunger, complete saturation and overeating. He advised to finish the meal at the beginning of the second phase and get up from the table with a feeling of light hunger.

He paid particular attention to the choice of products:

  • From fats preferred unrefined olive and sunflower oil.
  • Milk replaced with fermented milk products.
  • Bread completely excluded and occasionally used the lavash.
  • Moderately – porridge, boiled fish, poultry, meat. A lot of vegetables and herbs.
  • Under a complete ban – broths, salt and sugar.
