Two young men from Cluj were arrested on preventive grounds, being accused of raping minors. Disclosures from the investigation
The Cluj police continue the investigation into a criminal case regarding sexual assaults committed on minors from the town of Poieni. The case involves two young people, 22 and 18 years old, both currently in preventive detention, News.ro notes.

According to the Cluj County Police Inspectorate, the investigators established that the 22-year-old man, initially arrested for the rape of a 15-year-old minor, during a party where the girl had drunk too much alcohol, on the night of September 23 to 24, would have had at least 15 more sexual acts with her in the period from December 2024 to May 2025, but would also have had over a hundred sexual relations with another minor, aged 14, on during the years 2024 and 2025.
In the same file, an 18-year-old man is also being investigated, who allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on the same night of September 23 to 24, 2025. He was detained for 24 hours, later being remanded in custody for 30 days.
Regarding the 22-year-old, the measure of preventive arrest was extended by another 30 days.
According to IPJ Cluj, the investigation began after, on September 29, a man from Poieni reported to the Police that his 15-year-old daughter had been the victim of a sexual assault. Following the notification, on September 30, the home of the 22-year-old was searched, from where several electronic devices were taken – a tablet and three mobile phones – which are to be examined.
The investigations continue under the coordination of the case prosecutor from the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Huedin Court, for rape of a minor, in continuous form.
