SuperLiga: Cristiano Bergodi, victory with Oțelul Galați on his debut on the bench of the Universitatea Cluj team

Cluj University prevailed on the field of the Oțelul Galați team, score 2-1, on Saturday, in a match played in the 14th stage of the SuperLiga.
Cristiano Bergodi managed to end the five-match winless streak of the “red caps” right on his debut.
Galati Steel – Cluj University 1-2
The Transylvanian team opened the scoring in the 70th minute, when Lukic scored with a header, after a corner executed by Macalou.
The Steel equalized ten minutes later: Andrezinho hit the bar from long range and Paulinho was alert and pushed the ball into the goal.
Lukic, the Bosnian striker of the guests, made the “double” in the 90th + 1st minute, after a pass from Postolachi. The success was validated after a VAR review that lasted around seven minutes.
Thanks to this success, U Cluj accumulated 17 points and climbed to 8th place in the ranking. On the other hand, the team coached by Laszlo Balint remains with 19 points and occupies the 6th place.
