NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte discussed Friday with the head of American diplomacy, Marco Rubio, about efforts to strengthen security in the Arctic, after President Donald Trump insisted on his desire to take control of Greenland, reports AFP, quoted by Agerpres.
Mark Rutte discussed with Marco Rubio “the importance of the Arctic for our common security and how NATO is working to strengthen its capabilities in the High North,” according to a NATO spokeswoman.
