The Russians fired ballistic missiles at Kyiv. As a result of the attack in the capital, two people were killed and 12 were injured, city mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces warned in Telegram at 03.54 that high-speed targets were moving towards Kyiv.
Rescuers reported that they extinguished the fires in the Desnyansky and Darnytsky districts of the city at 23.30.
However, the State Emergency Service noted that they continue to dismantle and spill building structures.
