Ingredients:
- Baguette – 1
- Egg – 1 piece
- Lightly salted salmon – 3 pieces
- Avocado – 3 pieces
- Curd cheese – 2 tablespoons
- Celery microgreens
What to do:
Cut the baguette in half and fry in a frying pan. To get the “toaster effect”, you can lightly press it with a plate for 10 seconds.
Rub the bread with garlic and spread with cream cheese. Cut the salmon and avocado into slices. Poach an egg or simply fry it.
