I treat myself to a gourmet breakfast on the weekend: crispy bruschetta with salmon and egg – an “amazing” combination of tastes

It happens that during the entire working week there is absolutely no time for breakfast, or leftovers from the refrigerator end up in your mouth. In this case, on the weekend you want to treat yourself to something especially tasty, but at the same time easy to prepare. EAOMedia will share the recipe for awesome bruschetta with salmon.

Ingredients:

  • Baguette – 1
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Lightly salted salmon – 3 pieces
  • Avocado – 3 pieces
  • Curd cheese – 2 tablespoons
  • Celery microgreens

What to do:

Cut the baguette in half and fry in a frying pan. To get the “toaster effect”, you can lightly press it with a plate for 10 seconds.

Rub the bread with garlic and spread with cream cheese. Cut the salmon and avocado into slices. Poach an egg or simply fry it.

Assemble the bruschetta and top with celery microgreens. A delicious breakfast is ready. Bon appetit!
