Fines after the ceremony in Carei, on Army Day, where Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan was booed

The gendarmes applied, on Saturday, two fines during the official ceremony organized for the Romanian Army Day in the municipality of Carei, an event where Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan was booed, informs the Satu Mare County Gendarmerie Inspectorate (IJJ), quoted by Agerpres.
“Today, October 25, on the occasion of the Romanian Army Day, the gendarmes from the Satu Mare County Gendarmerie Inspectorate ensured public order measures during the official ceremony organized in the municipality of Carei. In this context, the gendarmes fined 2 people, in accordance with Law No. 61/1991 on the sanctioning of acts of violation of social norms, public order and peace, as follows: 1 fine in the amount of 500 lei, according to art. 2, point 1, for committing offensive acts and expressions in public; 1 written warning, according to art. 2, point 23, for the consumption of alcoholic beverages in public places”, states the cited source.
Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan was booed by several people during the official speech and after the end of the event dedicated to the Day of the Romanian Army in Carei, stating that he is used to such situations.

“I'm used to these things, I don't have these problems. I don't have any kind of problems,” said Bolojan as he walked from the Romanian Soldier Monument to the car, alongside the prefect of Satu Mare county, Altfatter Tamas, and the mayor of Carei, Monica Giurgiu-Kovacs.

And President Nicușor Dan, who was in Iași on Saturday, at the ceremonies organized for the Day of the Romanian Army, gave his speech while booing and whistling from a group of people could be heard in the background.
And the day before, on Friday, at the anniversary ceremony of the 165th anniversary of the founding of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University and the “George Enescu” National University of Arts, the president faced a similar reaction from some protesters.
At the entrance to the National Theater in Iasi, several people addressed him with messages such as: “Shame”, “Traitor”, “Go to Ukraine!” and “You are the weakest president.”
