The project “Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex” is included in the national project “Technological support for food security”. The measures are aimed at providing the agricultural sector with qualified specialists capable of ensuring its technological development and high efficiency.

Employers are compensated for 90% of the cost of training students in agricultural universities and 30% in regional colleges and technical schools. This support measure has been implemented since 2025 within the framework of the federal project “Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex”.

In addition to reimbursement of part of the costs of targeted training, within the framework of the federal project “Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex”, agricultural enterprises can also receive a subsidy in the same amount for wages and accommodation for students during internship.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is now completing the next selection of recipients of subsidies for wages and accommodation for students during the internship period. Applications were submitted by agricultural producers of the region, who accepted 54 students for internships.

There are cases when, based on the results of practical training at an agro-industrial enterprise, a student enters into an agreement on targeted training and later in the learning process the student receives a scholarship from the future employer. Thanks to this agreement, young specialists have additional financial support during their studies, and after completing their studies at a university or technical school, they have a guaranteed job. This practice allows farmers to train specialists for the specific needs of their farms.
